Refund Policy
All sales are final. Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once a product has been delivered.
If you experience a technical issue with your download, please contact us at helives.christian@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase, and we will resolve it as quickly as possible.
Non-refundable items:
• Digital downloads that have already been delivered
• Products purchased during a sale or promotion
• Gift cards
Exceptions:
If your order was charged but the product was never delivered, please contact us within 7 days and we will make it right.
Damaged or incorrect orders:
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you received the wrong product or experienced a technical issue, contact us immediately at helives.christian@gmail.com so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.
